Conte’s Virginia Beach – 21 mile group ride. Meet at Starbuck’s on Laskin at 7:15 a.m.
Conte’s Virginia Beach – 22 mile group ride. Meet at the Laskin Rd. store at 8:30 a.m. (faster group).
Sunday:
Conte’s in Newport News – 50 mile group ride. Meet at the Newport News store at 8:15-8:30 a.m. 595-1333

Workouts at Seatack Rec Center in Virginia Beach on Monday and Wednesday, 6:30-7:30 pm, beginning October 16, 2006. The cost is $3 per class; purchase punch card at the front desk. Coached by Betsy Durrant.
