Tidewater Striders Membership Update Form

All address changes need to submitted before noon on the 15th of the month. All address changes received after the 15th will not take affect for the Rundown mailing until the following month.

This form is intended for CURRENT MEMBERS to update change of address, e-mail, and phone number information. It is NOT to be used for new membership OR membership renewal. If you have a family membership, please fill out a seperate form for each family member or indicate in the COMMENT section that these changes are for the entire family.
