Get in shape before the holidays and help a great cause!

The Stroup Kids For Kids Epilepsy Foundation is presenting the Tri To Help Indoor Triathlon For Epilepsy on Saturday, December 5th, 2009 in Washington, D.C.

The Tri To Help indoor triathlon is based on time: 10-min swim, 30-min bike, and 20-min run. Performance is measured by total distance covered in the time allowed.

All proceeds raised at this event will benefit the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Epilepsy Center. Participants include mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, athletes and non-athletes, all of whom want to get involved in raising awareness and finding a cure for epilepsy.

A $100 award will be given to the top fund-raiser.

The location of the event is The Sports Club/LA, 1170 22nd Street NW, Washington, D.C., 20037.
